End to end IT management
A large insurance company in Ireland was facing performance issues, as the dealers were struggling to assess causes for the loss of productivity. Our audit pointed out that limited support from centralized Global IT was the cause of this, and we were asked to step in to find a solution.
Belinnnov conducted a thorough onsite and offsite review of the issues and proposed well framed, detailed set of requirements for an effective IT infrastructure. In addition, a remediation plan was also submitted.
By fixing the concurrent issue, Belinnov was able to help the customer in increasing productivity and reliability of the systems. The dealers were indeed happy and satisfied.
